Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

We integrate videos from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: “YouTube”) for the purpose of the appealing design of our website. Applicant details

On our website we inform you about vacancies in our team and you can send us your application by e-mail. We process your data to process your application, which means that your application will be viewed by the employees responsible for pre-selection. Your data will not be passed on to third parties and we will not use your data for any other purposes. Your application data will be stored by us. If we reject your application, we will only store the data for as long as necessary, for a maximum period of six months, unless you give us your consent that we may store the applicant data for longer in order to contact you after this period if necessary. Collection and processing of data

We process the data that you provide to us as a customer for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and upon conclusion of the contract.

The data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
Within the framework of our business relationship, the data you provide will be processed automatically (e.g. e-mail correspondence, drawing programs) and in the form of archived text documents (e.g. correspondence, contracts, plans, notices, hand files, personalized invoices) in order to carry out pre-contractual measures and fulfil the contract as well as for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for data processing:
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b of the DSGVO (contract initiation and performance). In order to process your order to your complete satisfaction, we need your data.
In addition, data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f of the DSGVO (legitimate interest in marketing and advertising) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent). We would like to inform you as interested parties about our services and projects in an up-to-date and targeted manner.

Use and disclosure of data

We only use your data to process the contract, to answer your inquiries, for accounting and billing purposes and for technical administration.
We will only pass on your personal data if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract or for billing purposes or if you have given your consent.
Your data will be deleted if it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored, or if storage becomes inadmissible for legal reasons. Data for billing and accounting purposes will not be affected by a deletion request.
