Lecture: 1.10.2021, Architecture in Foyer, Melle
From 30 September to 1 October, the “architecture in foyer” conference will once again take place in Melle (Osnabrück District), presenting also the DEA (Design Educates Award).
The Design Educates Awards honour inspiring and groundbreaking ideas that contribute to education and qualification and show the close relationship between designer and user. Architecture and design influence and shape education – on a global level – and make a contribution to social sustainability. We won 1st prize in the “Solarlux Choice” category with the Dornbirn City Library and are very much looking forward to the award ceremony!
On 1 October, under the motto “in Sights”, internationally active architects will provide insights into the creation of meeting spaces. Much Untertrifaller will present our current educational buildings, followed by lectures of Jette Cathrin Hopp (Snøhetta) and Sven Thorissen (MVRDV).
