PROJECT MANAGEMENT (m/f/d) MUNICH

You manage projects (focus on phases 1-5) or parts of complex projects. You support and enrich exciting competitions, feasibility studies and urban planning. In addition, you develop design solutions from the sketch to the implementation stage. For your projects, you are responsible for budgets, deadlines and personnel, proactively coordinate all project participants and take care of cost and quality management. Experts in the team are at your side for tendering, awarding and construction supervision.

What you bring with you:

  • Experience in project management or responsible collaboration in large projects
  • Sound project experience in all service phases, at least LPH 1 to 5
  • Experience in timber construction and building in existing structures is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant technical and official regulations
  • Structured, forward-looking and goal-oriented way of working
  • Assertiveness, communication and negotiation skills as well as excellent teamwork skills
  • Pleasure in inspiring all project participants with extraordinary ideas
  • Confident handling of industry-standard software (Adobe CS, Microsoft, Autodesk Revit, Allplan)
  • Knowledge of agile working methods
  • Very good knowledge of German
