BIM MANAGEMENT MUNICH (m/f/d)

We have ambitious goals in the area of digitalisation and the implementation of agile working methods for the coming years. BIM and team-orientated and integral project management play a major role in this.

As BIM Manager, you will coordinate the Munich office on project-specific BIM topics. In close coordination with the cross-location BIM management team, you are the direct contact person in Munich for all BIM-relevant topics.

Your tasks

In weekly BIM meetings, you will support the BIM planning teams with current topics and workflows, basic Revit topics, complex enquiries, BIM-specific processing of ongoing projects and the implementation of internal BIM standards. As a BIM site manager, you will ensure the realisation and smooth running of BIM standards and BIM structures. You will also be responsible for the project setup for new Revit projects and for the quality control of models to ensure workflows and IFC exports.

In addition to working as a BIM site manager, you will be involved in cross-site BIM development, BIM implementation and the creation of Revit content, Dynamo scripts and Solibri rules.

Your field of activity

  • Coordination of the Munich site on BIM topics
  • Supporting and advising the BIM planning team on site and direct contact person for BIM and Revit-relevant topics
  • Implementation of the BIM standard and BIM structures
  • Imparting internal BIM knowledge on work processes and workflows
  • Carrying out model checks for quality assurance and IFC exports
  • Actively working with the project teams to resolve issues and ensure the full potential of BIM is realised
  • Reporting and close coordination with cross-site BIM management
  • Contribute to the development of advanced cross-site BIM topics, creation of Revit content, Dynamo scripts, Solibri rules
