Won: Competition Quarter Am Seebogen Aspern Seestadt

With the concept “Heimspiel” – young, sporty living & working at the Seebogen” we were able to win the two-stage property development competition. On the approximately 3,000 m² property in the seaside town of Aspern, 90 apartments are being built, 59 of which are subsidised standard apartments and 31 SMART apartments, as well as business premises, offices and studios.
The jury praised in particular that the system “almost completely eliminates the barrier effect of the underground line in an almost exemplary manner” due to the precisely shaped square area. Social sustainability was also rated positively: “The range of sports on offer is an essential complement to the seaside town of Aspern. It can be expected that this location will provide impulses for fitness and sport for the entire seaside town”.
