Lecture: 26.11.2021, Holzbautag Baden-Württemberg
Patrick Stremler was invited to speak about the potential of modern timber construction at the Holzbautag Baden-Württemberg. How can wood contribute to making our cities fit for the future? Socially and ecologically sustainable?
Using the example of the Kleineschholz quarter in Freiburg as well as our other current timber buildings such as the Kaltensteinhalle in Vaihingen, Patrick Stremler proves how important wood is for constructing flexible, multifunctional buildings of the highest architectural quality. With materials that bind CO2 and do not release it.
