Wolfsbühl III Quarter, Remseck am Neckar (DE)

Our concept for the family-friendly, car-free quarter with property, rent and social housing allows living in the countryside with good connections to the city center. The quarter includes private green spaces for children, communal and open spaces, visitor apartments and rentable office space for working parents and freelancers. The extensively greened flat roofs with photovoltaic elements are also used to generate electricity, whereby the roof areas are rented out to third parties (so-called tenant electricity model). Our focus is on community and togetherness: communal gatherings such as the collective care and barbecues as well as cultivation of tenant plots and gardens create a varied and colorful neighborhood life.
