Bündlitten Quarter, Dornbirn (AT)

In 1907, the company Hämmerle built a settlement for its workers in the Dornbirn district of Bündlitten. The quarter idyllically sits between the Romberg and the Fischbach and is currently being revitalized and extended with new sustainable residential buildings. This creates a lively, central district with high quality living. The listed former workers’ houses are carefully renovated and converted into terraced houses. The new development will be built in several phases. The groundbreaking ceremony for the first three houses took place at the end of 2017.
