Dorf Rieden, Bregenz (AT)

In the beautiful district of Rieden, at the foot of the Sacré Coeur in Bregenz, the new so-called residential village Rieden was build responding to the nearby ruins of the Sacré Coeur “Lehr- und Erziehungsanstalt”, originating in 1855. Constructed in the then still less common neo-gothic style, this architectural heritage has remained an imposing feature of the city of Bregenz with its slim roof ridge seen from afar. The architectural intricacies of the residential village of Rieden have created the connection to the nearby ruins of the Sacré Coeur.
The 18 apartments and one penthouse are accommodated in two separate buildings. The two, three or four-room apartments offer innovative layouts with spacious terraces or private gardens. The high-quality residential complex reaches funding level 3 of the building-subvention of Vorarlberg. The concept combines the high functional requirements with a high-quality overall equipment.
