Awarded: Kaltensteinhalle in Vaihingen a.d. Enz (DE)

We are so proud and happy that our project Kaltensteinhalle in Vaihingen an der Enz has received recognition in the category ” Outside the country” at the prestigious Vorarlberger Timber Construction Award!

“Playing under the wooden canopy” was the jury’s title for our project: “At first quick glance, a large dark hall made of black-brown anodised meandering sheet metal; at second glance, large windows reveal a surprising and rich interior. Under a wide-span roof of elegantly dimensioned and proportioned beams, the world of sport develops brightly and soothingly for all, almost entirely in wood.”
