PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d)

You will independently manage projects or parts of projects in complex construction projects with a focus on LPH 1-5. In doing so, you will develop design solutions from the sketch to the implementation stage and proactively coordinate all project participants. You are responsible for the budget, deadlines and personnel in your projects. You are a perfect fit for us if you also enjoy competitions and feasibility studies, are interested in architectural discourse and actively follow current events.

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed degree in architecture or training in construction technology
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or responsible collaboration in large projects
• Confident appearance in dealing with clients, authorities and companies
• Pleasure in inspiring all project participants with extraordinary ideas
• Competent handling of standard software (Adobe CS, Microsoft, Autodesk Revit, Allplan)
• A flair for sustainable solutions and experience in timber construction are an advantage
