Awarded: Wood Design & Building Award 2023 for TUM Campus Munich
The Canadian Wood Council has announced the winning projects of the 39th annual Wood Design & Building Awards. The influential awards program recognizes and celebrates the outstanding work of architectural professionals around the world who achieve excellence in wood design and construction. A record of 181 nominations from 25 countries were received by the program this year, with 24 winning projects selected from the impressive field of entries.
We are excited that our TUM Campus in the Olympiapark Munich is among the six main prize winners! The two-storey wooden building with the 19-metre cantilevered canopy – a special wooden construction made of prefabricated hollow box elements – convinced the jury. Congratulations and thanks to the entire team!
